Are your cookies customizable?

Yes! Our cookies are made fresh to order and can be customized to suit your preferences or desired color scheme.

Do your cookies contain peanuts or other possible allergens?

Although our cookies are nut free, they are baked in a facility where peanuts/nuts are used and stored. Some flavorings and extracts may contain nut ingredients. Our cookies also contain wheat, eggs and dairy ingredients.

What is meant by "Minimum Order"?

There is a minimum order of at least one dozen (12) cookies or one cookie bouquet (7 cookies in an arrangement) for any order. If you order online and your select less than twelve cookies we will review your order and contact you for clarification.

Can we request colors to coordinate with our event?

Yes! We understand the importance of getting things just right at any event. Contact us and we will work with you to make your event that much more special.

How long are your cookies fresh?

Our cookies are made to order. We recommend that they are consumed within two (2) weeks of receipt. Otherwise they can be frozen to preserve freshness.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept a variety of credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. We also accept cash and money orders. We do not accept gift cards (i.e., Visa or MasterCard gift cards) or personal checks.

Can my order be picked-up?

Yes! Please call or e-mail us to make pick-up arrangements.

Do you hand-deliver cookies?

Our cookies and cookie bouquets can be hand-delivered in and around the Amsterdam, NY area. Please call or contact us for more information or to make delivery arrangements.

Who is your shipping carrier?

Our cookies are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $12.00. This cost includes a tracking number.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2-4 business days for delivery. We will get your order out as promptly as possible, however, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of the USPS. Therefore, it is suggested that you order your cookies in advance so that you have them in time for your event. Please note that our cookies stay fresh and soft for up to 2 weeks.

When delivering cookies to hospitals, colleges, or other similar addresses, we guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department at the location. It is then the responsibility of this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. Please note that this may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving department may not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.

How are your cookies packaged?

Each cookie comes in its own cellophane bag tied with coordinating ribbon. Upon shipping, they are carefully packed in a shipping box with bubble wrap and/or blank newsprint.

Why are cookie bouquets not available in all areas?

Due to the fragile nature of our cookie bouquets, they are not available for shipping. They can be picked-up or delivered locally.

Where are cookie bouquets available?

Cookie bouquets are available for pick-up or for local delivery. We deliver in and around the Amsterdam, NY area. Please call or email for more specific details or questions.

How are your cookie bouquets presented?

The cookie bouquets typically contain seven (7) individual cookie pops. They are each wrapped in cellophane bags and are tied with coordinating ribbon. They are displayed in a complimentary container and finished with tissue paper. Please note, containers may differ from photos due to availability. Please call or contact with questions.
